Yes, it is true that NVIDIA pretty much dropped support for game profiles, but the drivers are still very much supported by NVIDIA. In fact, they are included and installed every time you update your drivers for any of the NVIDIA latest video cards. So pretty much all of the NVIDIA cards support it now. With that in mind the community has taken it upon itself to pick up the pieces from where NVIDIA left off.
