Pike-esque formations (such as spear wall) are in the game though as could be seen in the videos for the 'Ambush of Sun Ren' battle. Was what you saw just a regular spear wall with 1 row of spears sticking out, or was it a pike wall with overlapping pikes (in a pike formation seen from RTW/Attila that could hold off enemy troops indefinitely)? I am referring to the Renaissance, Macedonian, and Warring States (and later?) era longer pike formations where you have multiple ranks of overlapping pikes directed towards the enemy.
